Welcome to Chris Phillips, recent graduate from Northern Arizona Univ. He recently took a job in Dallas and is (check that, was) looking for an alumni chapter to join up with. Thanks to Brain Shuck for quickly responding to Chris’ inquiry. Good to see Brother Stout make an appearance.
March’s meeting is tentatively planned for Wednesday, March 9, at the Theta Kappa house. While details have not been finalized, discussion is leaning toward a cookout. B. Hick suggested we send $100 to the undergrad chapter to apply to food.
The ‘permanent’ meeting location will undergo a trial at Southern Grill, 2715 N. Collins St., Arlington, TX 76006. They have a private room and Happy Hour from 4-7 every night. The owner has committed to allowing the Happy Hour to run over for our first round after 7 pm.
Jeremy Dennis ask for help for the undergrad chapter to purchase 2008 and/or 2010 composites. They run in the $1000 range.
